Headunit

Recommended Posts

When you say the 'TV' is in Japanese, do you mean the pop-up screen? If so, yes you can give one of the guys at http://www.xanavi.com.au/Xanavi/Xanavi_Language.html a call.

If you have err fo on your Bose headunit then it is basically toast - I believe the parts to repair it are no longer available.

Firstly, congrats on your purchase of a beautiful vehicle

Where abouts in QLD are you located?

Yeah err fo is the death error, may as well rip it out and throw a double din screen in there.

Welcome to the forums too.

Give Chris from Audio Express a call. I had him work on my V this morning and he's an absolute genius. He's up in Redcliffe. There's a good chance that your unit has died a terrible death. Your TV isn't really that useful either.

The major issue with these cars is that the aircon control is connected to the same pcb as the radio and therefore you need a new aircon control (pricey) and a new double-din headunit. You're looking at $1.5k.. :/
