Was wondering if anybody could help me? I just bought an r32 gtr recently and came across a weird problem. The car started missing so i took out the plugs and they were stuffed so i replaced them and took the car for a drive. The car misses when i accelerate while taking a corner and not in a straight line. Any ideas as to why this would be?

Cheap fix first, try electrical taping your coilpacks, the spark might be arcing.

Does it happen even when cold, or only when the car is at operating temperature (10+ mins of driving), if it only does it while warm then you might have a faulty ignitor module (silver thing on the cam valley cover, always work fine when cold)

How much fuel in the tank?

Could be fuel pump related.

It's happening with about 1/2 a tank of fuel, so not too sure if that would be the case.

Could be fuel filter related. Could be afm related could be loose earth related

If it's an afm issue wouldn't it just not rev past 3k rpm?

Hmmm haven't tried when cold i will give it a go and see. Just tested it on the way home from work and it is only happening on left hand turns/bends, even something as simple as accelerating a bit too hard turning left at a roundabout and it starts missing, soon as i straighten up it's fine. Can hook it as hard as i want turning right and it's fine. Also forgot to mention i have splitfires
