Japanese Tv

Anyone got any Japanese tv channels in Oz

Looked around a few years ago and didn't come up with anything. Wouldn't mind just news channel but more the better.

Or is everyone just downloading bits n pieces?

Haha but some shows are interesting. I don't get into many comedies as its too visual and not clever at all but Missus mostly just wants nhk news etc and anything else is a bonus.

SBS has the news everyday at like 5am. Or if you want tv there's lots that get put up on YouTube.

Yeah news is on twice a day and she uses YouTube heaps but I wouldn't mind getting rid of the house Internet completely

I used to use Keyhole TV ( TBS, nihon TV, NHK, TV tokyo e.t.c). but they have just changed their programs and still trying to work out if its still free, or you need to pay for it now ( looks like a US company has taken them over and started charging people.. suprise suprise)

i usually use NHK online.... also watch plenty of Japanese movies on YouTube hehe... w
