Grr Gutter Rash!

So i got my new varrstoen 2.2.0 wheels the other week, but i had to get a bit curb happy and now one of them have gutter rash around the lip!

Heaps devastated

It's the matte black colour ON a black car, so i'm pretty annoyed.

Anyone know what the best option is to get it fixed up? Would bogging it and sanding it back down, then matte black spray cover it? I've heard matte black resprays look crap, so any other options?

I was thinking plastidip.....maybe?

Sand it, there are plenty of YouTube examples. I can't comment on colour matching . Let us know how you get on.

how deep is it? if its a minor rash then I'd just spray it over to cover it for the time being. If its a mad gash, then take it to a place to weld it and re-machine the lip.

just bog the rash if its deep , if its just a scuff go through your gritts depending on how bad and sand it up to 800 - 1000 gritt . re prime , and pick your self up a can of matt black paint . piece of cake
