Help With Fuel Pump

Hey guys, attempting upgrading my fuel pump and I have encountered 2 things, 1. We cannot pull the bracket out and 2. The pump looks oversized compared to the how to guides, can someone shed some light on the situation. I've attached an image of the pump, intank. If it helps, the fuel line from the pump is a Gates fuel line.

Also sounds like the pump has been replaced at some stage.

looks like a bosch, i cant remember how big my fuel pump looked but if you really think its oversized compared to others it could be that someone shoved an 044 in there

It's definitely a Bosch. Looks like its not deep enough either

Yeah the frame had been pulled up as we were pulling it out. Will keep this pump and see how it performs. Never had any problems before.
