Gearbox Issue..

Hey,

I have a S1 R33 gtst and just recently the gear box seams to be fighting me in high rpm.. when i change gears in high rpm it crunches before getting into gear. i'm told the car has a twin cluch and the clutch feels like its got 5kg of force to get it down and when changing gears there feels like its goes over two plates if that makes sense. There is about 1mm of grab before it takes off, how ever it doesn't slip at all. In low rpm 3-4 thou it doesn't crunch. any answers? (also no its not my shitty driving... )

All Nissan 5 speeds crunch when shifting extremely quickly at high rpm (3rd to 4th mine used to do before fluid change), solve it either by shifting slower or if that doesn't help, fluid change. If that doesn't help then the gearbox needs to be pulled apart.

fluid change it is haha, i have no idea what its got in it at the moment. Cheers, will report back with results.
