Nagai Electronics H.l.c Help?

hi all i have recently bought myself a r32 gtr and noticed it had hid headlight conversion kit. problem im having is when the car is stationary with the lights on the headlights dim after a few seconds then when i touch the accelerator pedal they go back to full brightness again untill i stop again same thing happens. I have noticed the car is fitted with a nagai electronic H.L.C (head light controller) and i cant seen to figure out how to stop this from happening i cant find any info on the net. was hoping someone on here knows if i can adjust them so that it doesnt dim. Any info would be handy. thanks

You need to check battery voltage with engine off

And then at idle

If thats fine then check grounds for HiD

post results but I would guess its battery / connection or alternator related

What does the headlight controller do? Never heard of them before and does it do for the headlights?
