Fine For Decat Pipe In Victoria

Just wanted to know what the fine for running a decat pipe is in VICTORIA, and whether anyone's been done for it? I hear the fine is something ridiculous like $10,000 and mobile EPA officers at defect stations can d!ck you for this simply by getting an emissions reading and extrapolating the fact your car is passing out very dirty gases.....can someone shed some light on this?

this is correct...I've not heard of any-one getting done, but technically they could do you for it, and mobile EPA stations are popping up more and more.
