Need Ideas To Remove These Stubborn Front Pipe Nuts

I tried putting some wurth rost off ice (freezes the bolt putting fine cracks and breaking off the rust), which worked fine for 2 of the bolts they actually came out with ease. However two won't budge, contemplating using a breaker bar now but scared the studs will snap .

Spray alot of wd40 and let it penetrate over night ?

I rounded mine off, then proceeded to use an angle grinder

leave it for ten mins, screw nut off as far as will go, rinse and repeat!

yeah wd40 was first thing i tried

& put the other 2 back in to take uneven pressure off the seized ones

Don't lever on them too much, they need an impact force to break them loose.

You may have to run a thread file over the studs before bolting it back up

Try spraying them with yeild its heaps better than wd40 but its also 3 x the price

If you have access to an oxy set use a brazing tip without lighting your car on fire get the nut to a dull red and maintain for about 30 secs, when slightly cooler, (not hot enough to ignite) spray inox on it until its just too hot to touch, then undo it. 99% win rate.
