Geez, i never fathomed the idea of havin slicks on my car! Thats gettin serious.... and exciting.

You do have a point, how much can u get slicks for, in a size like yours?

I buy them second hand for $200 a set which is about $1000 less than I was paying for semi-slicks. The NZV8 series guys ditch them when about half worn. You would have to see what is available in Aus but even new they could be comparable to semi slicks price wise.

I measured the wheel pad to be 30mm outwards from centre, im guessin thats +30??

Wow, and they stuck out that much? What tyre size were you running?
