your best bet is on a saturday night at the broadwater carpark on the gold coast. 200+ cars there at around 9pm onwards. There is a few different spots in bris on thurday nites...

However I will say that the singnature depicted above is the most severe case of no license 'tardness I have seen for quite a while.

The streets my friend are NOT I repeat NOT still smoking as you havnt even driven on them. Thats some hardocre 'tard right there.
