This is quite funny. No offence, but you cannot sell an RB20E. The reason is that absolutely no one in their right mind wants one. You might be able to offer to give someone $50 to take it off your hands.

I realise that this will sound mean on top of my advice to you in your engine conversion thread....but that's the facts.

Yuh, they are the nastiest version of the R33, and they were pretty much only imported by mistake. Someone saw an R33 going cheap on a Jap auction site, went ballistic with the buy now button, and 3 months later had a massive let down when it was delivered.

I'm surprised it hasn't already been converted to turbo. The last one I saw in the wild was about 8 or 10 years ago and it was in the process of being (expensively) converted to turbo (having been accidentally bought withotu realising how crap it was!). It's just not worth doing the conversion any more.

so your saying doing a conversion on mine is gonna be a waste of time.?? i need a car going now so i dont really have the time to sell it an buy a new one after all the money i have spent on doing the roadworthy an getting it registered. all i need is help an some info an i will be fine.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. In your other thread I told you it would cost you a lot more, in both time and money, to do an engine, box, diff, brakes and hub upgrade than just to buy a turbo R33 outright. And that is without selling the car you have now. You would have 2 R33s for less money than converting the NA one you have now.

Just drive the RB20E shitter around for a while, save up some coins and buy a GTST when you can. Then either sell the RB20E one (exchange price being about the same as a carton of beer) or keep it in the shed for spare panels when you spin the turbo one into the weeds on a Friday night. Your choice.
