Questions Re: Importing A R34 4 Door

Im looking at getting a R34 4 Door Turbo Manual

Ive had a look around forums/carsales and cant find anything that suits me? Im after something with basic mods (fmic, exhaust, coilovers) and maybe rims, but wouldnt mind buying the rims myself. My budget is $15 000.

What are the rules regarding importing a R34 (1998ish model) Does it have to be completely stock? Can you get one with basic mods (as mentioned above) and get away with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jordan, welcome to SAU! Light mods (exhaust, rims, sus, intake etc) are usually fine for compliance. $15K should be fine to import yourself something nice.
