Removing Paint Off Interior Clustor R33 (Previous Owner)

Hey I'm pretty new to Sau as you can see but anyway I just bought a r33 gtst and the previous owner had painted the plastic clustor face in black gloss (looks worst in real life)

Will metho get rid of the paint and not completely f**k the plastic? I was thinking of removing the paint then carbon wraping it just because i dont think id be able to repaint it with out it looking ''tacky''

Anyway best option to get rid of the paint?
