R34 Gtt Engine Light On After Gearbox Conversion - Any Ideas?

Hi... Just done a gearbox conversion in my 34 using 33 parts. Speedo and reverse wiring not wired up yet but car is running and ive been driving it. Last night after giving it a bit of a squirt the engine light came on and now it's on permanently.. I tried reseting the ecu by disconnecting the battery and draining any charge in the wiring but as soon as i connected the battery again and started the engine again the light was still on. Engine still runs great, no missing etc, plenty of power, no problems at all.

Does anyone have any ideas what I should check, like maybe a plug has come out somewhere or something... Closest mechanic with diagnostic equipment is 110kms away so would like to try and sot it out myself.

I had the same, its because you have no speed signal. If there is none it will illuminate the check engine light, only problem with this is the light and it will use more fuel then normal as speed signal is used to cruise AFR control.
