Hi Guys,

As I posted in another thread, I have yet to see a commercial PCV type oil/air seperator that is functionally or financially superior to the design outlined below. If you can operate a drill, know someone who can weld & have an irrigation supply shop nearby you can build this for around a quarter of the cost of commercial units. Plus it looks just as good & is far more satisfying.

Thanks Jimbo,

A steel Mason jar (which typically would have had coffee in it) or a shellite fuel canister (from camping & disposal stores) can also be used for an even simpler & cheaper solution.

I forgot to mention: a wise man would have a bead rolled into both pipe ends as a security

measure.
