Have been trying to help a mate get his r33 going. It was in a stack and snapped afm. So has had a series 2 afm fitted with a new plug and gave engine a wash then wouldn't start. Not sure if wiring is wrong haven't checked it. But fuel pump doesn't prime and does not get spark. Have checked all fuses and relays swapped computers, crankangle sensor aswell. What else could cause this issue? Have turned the cas by hand and Is not firing anything.

That's possible. The reason I directed you to the brown ECCS relay is that that is the master relay that does stuff that results in the fuel pump priming and so on when you turn on the ignition. That is the first place to look after checking fuses when you have problems like this.
