Alright bitches,

It's refurb time. My rims need a make over and I am therefore in a conundrum as to where to go next.

The car as it sits is below - black on black. I intend on keeping the polished lip, so the only real question is spoke colour.

I am leaning towards black... but am also considering a gungrey colour.

I'm chasing opinions, and also, other suggestions - should anyone care to do so

Post pics of any colours/styles you think would suit!

Considering doing the spokes in a "dark shadow chrome" aswell. as below. Thoughts?

I don't think any colour is going to suit it better than black - just looks right.

from your suggestions you're thinking of sticking to something pretty conservative - maybe a champagne colour? Darker silver with a heavy metal flake?

What about hammercoat finish in gunmetal grey?

otherwise - if you're the kind of person who want to stand out from the crowd, and if you're going to the trouble of repainting you may as well right - what about a dark green/jade colour with lots of blue and gold metallic in it.

Really is entirely up to you. I will point out though, having just been through the pricing process on my Enkei RPF1s - shadow chroming will cost around double what any standard paint process will cost.

looks indiscriminate , should have gone gun metal face with bronze lip

Yeah work emotions are a step down as they are not 3 piece just single , still would look good in a custom bronze for a black car

From my uderstanding is 3 piece - the lip can be changed / replaced whereas the 2 Piece barrel and lip are joined
