R32 Gtr Surging At 80Km

Hi All

have an Issue with the Aus Delivered R32GTR

just had cam belt replaced and fuel tank removed and old fuel drained out of it and now it has a surge at 80Km

Vehicle was fine before it went in for the work so it must be something related to what was done

Any Ideas ?

fuel pump might be on its way out or it could be getting extra power causing the surge or even the pick up point in the tank may have moved causing it to suck nothing for a sec causing it to surge in extra fuel

but I'd speak to the guys you had do the work or a mechanic whos own for skyline work

By your description, could be fuel pump that is dying.

Does it do that when it's empty or full?

thanks for the feedback everyone

full tank of fuel in it,

They replaced Plugs , full set of coil's still has surge in it,

I wasn't sure if Air flow meter may cause it as I read it on a forum and though it may be a common fault with them
