Its normal for RB26s to have a bit of oil in the intake pipes so dont let that concern you about the turbos.

Its a pretty big job getting the turbos out and in so try to find other possible issues before removing them.

Other than that gtrjet is pretty much on the money with everything else.

I wouldn't bother replacing coils unless they are misfiring. OEM coilpacks are the best ones available when working properly.
