Hi Guys Any Know This Little Switch? Where I Can Get It From?

as i know, this switch control the windows, when we open door and close door the window will go down and close by itself, might be call some kind microsoft switch?

yes please someone tell where to get it from and what the cost is, my drivers side window doesn't do that function but my passenger side does. Will replacing the window motor fix that problem or do i need that little switch too?
