Have you worked out if you need it?

It allows the the pressure that builds up in your fuel take once the engine switches off to be entered back into the engine instead of just venting to atmo. I assume the NEO's have it because they are the "fuel economic/ low emissions" RB. The car runs fine without it, mine is just venting to atmo. I just dont like knowing something is broken or not working the way it should be.

Any idea if the s2 33 throttle body will fit up to a Neo? I don't particularly like the twin throttle body and assorted cruise control crap.

Yes it will. That was why i bought it, to bolt onto my NEO. But i ended up going forward facing plenum with an after market throttle body anyway.
