So recently ive fitted a new front facing manifold on my rb25 and since then my car has been idling very low, ive adjusted the throttle to idle at 1k revs but i started it this morning and it stalled straight away, its very jumpy when im sitting still, ive checked the vacuum hoses coming off the manifold and the only one that seems to not affect the engine when i squeeze it is the hose connected to the fuel pressure regulator, im not sure if this is normal or not. Also i reset the ecu after fitting the manifold and that seemed to fix it a little bit. Ive gasket goo'd the IAC valve and the throttle body to the manifold. So the obvious questions are. Does this sound like a vacuum leak? and how do i fix it?

Vacuum leak = high idle, not low idle. Gasket goo squeezed into and buggered up the IACV?

depends how bad the leak is.. pull off the BOV vacuum hose and the car will nearly stall

Check the TPS voltage

Either by a multimeter or using a consult cable.

Do a search and it will tell you what to set it at.

-0.5 or something like that I think.

Obviously it's something you changed when doing the plenum so did you re use any old gaskets etc
