Fuse Repalcement Cigarette Lighter 1996 Skyline Gts

I guess my fuse is blown and I guess my cigarette lighter isn't working so I cant use my GPS.

My fuse box is in Japanese on the RHS below the steering wheel.

How do the fuses come out.

Are they ejected by pushing a black button or do they come out one by one. I have unsuccessfully pulled fairly firmly but reluctant to use too much effort.

Which fuse is the cigarette lighter and does anyone have a tranaslation of the Japanese characters

for the other fuses?

Pair of pliers will pull the fuses easily enough if you don't have the original fuse puller.

I have series 2 , what is Type S?...................sedan?

Type S is the highest spec of The RB25DE variant. Not completely solid on all the features of this spec but some things I do know, S1 had Hicas, Viscous LSD, S2 had rear wiper, 5 stud & GTST brakes, Viscous LSD.
