I am pretty new to Skylines and JDM cars in general. I recently bought a R33 GTST for 75% track driving 25% road.

The suspension in it is pretty flogged so I am looking at the following 3 options:

2nd Hand GReddy type S coiovers

2nd Hand Tein Control Master Flex for $150 more

or brand new BC BR for another $200 ontop of the tein

Which is the best option for mainly track driving?

Thanks for the advice, I had almost decided to go with either the Teins or GReddys, but will have to have a re-think. I figured that I would be getting more expensive coilovers with a bit of cash left over to spend on swaybars or strut braces.

Are you guys reccomending the BC's just becuase they are new, or because the actual units are superior, or both?

My recommendation is of the reviews and response from many of the boys on here. Haven't heard a bad word yet. Id also say that the Tien and Gredy, Ie Jap spec are not really suited to our roads as such. most get a 6/8 ( correct me if wrong) Spring rate in the BC's and say its good for daily driving and all round good set up.

Ill report back on my Cusco coil overs soon - Though i have a feeling the spring rates are something stupid like 18..... See how we go but :)
