I am looking at a set of rims . 19x9.5 +12. What are my needs with m35 with nismo s-tune suspension.

Thats a GTR offset. Bit too much for a M35.

Options are - If you love the wheels, you can get the rear face machined off 10mm to look like the car in the "what did you do to your..." thread at 9.5 +22

OR

You could get your car sorted to fit the rims, which would mean roll and pull of guards, and a lot of low plus some streched tyres.

IMO - get some wheels with the right offset from the start. This will depend on RX or ARX/Axis, and how low you want to go, and what tyres you want to run.

Idealy i want 19 x 9.5 +25. Just seeing what issue i would have. Cheers bud.

i think my 20's are GTR offset and sit in a bit more than the stockies

wonder what they would look like on a RS/RX.........

What are you wheel width and offsets in 20?
