Hey Guys

So Ive done intake(pod filter), 3inch exhaust straight through and put in splitfire coilpacks with plugs gapped to 0.8. Also had my 100k service, replaced all that needed replacing and got a thorough checkup done.

Will be installing by Blitz turflow cooler next and then I feel im prepared to turn up the boost.

Wanted to turn the boost up to 12psi high and 10psi low at the same time that Toshi does my tune but I dont want to wait that long. If I where to install my boost controller and turn up the boost to 10psi only with the supporting mods as above , would this cause me to run lean or be detrimental to the engine in anyway.

Or would it be best to wait until I get can the tune done and then turn the boost up?(will get tune done eventually , probably Feb next year)

Thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers

My car has R32 10 psi actuator and R34 SMIC.

I get 10 psi all day, If it's lean well it hasn't gone bang yet, never freaks out R&R style either.

Just do it. If it doesn't like it, change it back.
