Hand break and gear shiter covers???

i cant find this thread any where but if it exists can you direct me there.

Gear shifter cover

1. I know how to remove the plastic console that it is attached to but have no clue of how to take the old one off with out damaging it, or how to attach the new one

Hand brake cover

2. I dont even know how to remove the glove box panel and dont wanna mess around with it and F**k it up. so any info on the removal of that and the brake cover would great.

any help would be much appriciated
