Gtr R-32 Dump Pipes And Y Pipe Help

Hi,

Just need some advice please.

I am currently in the process of fitting HPI 3" dump pipes to my GTR R32 and am worried about my Y Pipe not having a Flex joint in it.

Would this cause my dump pipes to crack?

Also I noticed there are a lot of Y pipes or mid mid pipes on the market but all are twin 2.5" or 2.75" into 3" or just over.

Are their any Y pipes which are 3" all round as I would think that 3" inch dump pipes would go best with a twin 3" y pipe?

I've been looking as well and to get a 3in front pipe (y pipe) you will have to go custom

With mine being a 30 I had to go custom anyway

I've got the HPI 3" dumps on my Gtr and I had to go custom twin 3" to 3.5" merge front pipes

Most off the shelf items are around 70mm into 80mm or so

Sounds like custom is the way to go?

Did you guys put a flex in the custom pipes?
