Question About R30S

Okay, question; I noticed that the taillights are almost identical on the hatches when compared with any of the import r30s with the hotplate taillights, other than the hotplates. I have an 82 Japanese import R30 hatch, and I was wondering whether anyone knows whether it would be a reasonably simple procedure to replace the existing tail lights with the hotplate taillights. yea dude, there the same, may need to play around with wiring, but they deffinatly bolt in

The wiring harness connected to your original Series 1 lights should unclip and you can put it back onto whichever hotplates you choose, but for mine the series 2 tail lights are the best.
