Rb20 Cutting Out In 3Rd 4Th 5Th Around 6To 7Rpm?

hey guys just got my car fitted with a new 255lph walbro pump and a nistune ecu a few weeks ago only had my first drive of it yesterday cause ive been away from work and it seems to just cut or hit a limiter or something around 6,500rpm.

my thoughs its pumping to much fuel into the injectors or something cause it to cut out for a second? but wouldnt expect this straight from a tune at mercury ms

Second 6-7,000 rpm in 3,4,5th gear is way way over the speed limit in oz ffs
