Advice Wanted For Rb30Det Conversion

Hey Guys,

Joe is my name, im from Ireland and I have an A31 Cefiro. Its got an RB20DET with 389BHP, I only drive the car the odd time and id like to put an RB30DET into the car.

Id like to use the RB30 block with the RB26 head and keep it single turbo. Iv been talking to a guy who built one for his driftcar and he's told me that unless im putting tens of thousands into the build im wasting my time.

Iv heard that you guys are a fountain of knowledge so im hoping you can help me with this.
