Yeah where it is doesn't help. Either...rear quarter is the worse part of the car to hit...I mean if it was a front guard you can just replace it...easy fix

Since you're from Frankston, there's a place called "Peninsula Smash" and it's off Hartnet Drive.

They are very reasonably priced, do a top job and usualy finish jobs early.

Have worked on both my R33 and SS-V so I can vouch for them. Not sure if Vu from DT Panels does panel beating, but maybe give him a bell? he does a top job too, but is in Springy.
