hello i need some help with an exhuast that is on a r32 skyline i bought. where the exhuast is connected to the turbo there is a second smaller pipe that just runs no where if you know what it is for please tell me

its not legal.

you dont need a new exhaust.

you need a new dump pipe and/or front pipe if its one piece.

depends what state you are in....In some it is legal but it still has to be joined into your normal exhaust

ok thanks for the help looks like i need a different dump pipe
