definately the easiest fix is a second hand replacement (I assume the uni joint is the issue). 32, 33, 34 anything will fit.

If you want to reco what you have, a decent driveshaft place cat remove and replace the uni, the factory one is not rebuildable. When I had my (tailshaft) uni replaced, they cut and welded on a new one which was rebuildable (held by circlips, not pressed in)

I've been told that they all feel notch when they are out but don't cause any issues. Not sure how true that is.

I can't imagine the uni joints see much movement seeing as the front diff and transfer case are in a fixed position relative to one another.

A driveshaft shop should be able to machine out the old universals and fit new ones with circlips and balance the shaft. if you want another shaft and can't source one locally i have a couple of spares. Stagea GTS4 and GTR are all the same.
