Shuyin
So finaly got the GTR back after 7 months off the road. Now the 4WD is shot (see thread here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/415377-help-r33-gtr-v-spec-locked-in-4wd/page__pid__6663259#entry6663259) So does anyone know anyone in Canberra who knows this system? a20089
Had an issue that related to the Power FC and the atessa. Glen at ESP fixed it. k_d
Interesting, I didnt think the ecu had anything to do with attesa? I was under the impression that attesa used its own ecu(s?) and just determined off the wheelspeed/abs sensors and g-sensors? I could be wrong. As for anyone knowing attesa, id try John at trojan motorsports or glen at esp. Deziner
Yeah, as above. I thought the ATTESA ECU was located in back next to the battery? Shuyin
Heard that it could have something to do with the PFC sending to much voltage to the TPS causing the car to think that the throttle is wide open Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/415393-anyone-in-town-that-knows-the-attesa-system/#findComment-6664433 Share on other sites

a20089
John at trojan could not fix my problem after multiple attempts, said himself that he's really too busy to do big fault diagnosis. Glen is a electrical engineer so I'd try there first. Sinista32
Faulty pressure switch or the relay ? Perhaps you have found the issue yourself "Heard that it could have something to do with the PFC sending to much voltage to the TPS causing the car to think that the throttle is wide open" Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/415393-anyone-in-town-that-knows-the-attesa-system/#findComment-6665443 Share on other sites
Shuyin
Unfortunetly my skills really don't streach far enough to fix this, so looks like I'll give glen a call. If so, and the problem goes away it would point to a PFC problem? If so, and the problem goes away it would point to a PFC problem? Thats that last resort, I would have to baby it around in the meantime. Had a chat with Glen from ESP, man really knows his stuff, told me to check to see if the corner of the plug for the PFC had lifted, that can cause errors, and to confirm that the PFC is the correct model for the car. So looks like I need to plug the ATTESA back in and give in a go.
