mine is highflow OP6 (GT2871) on 25Det Neo - 245rwks at 17psi

not sure there is much more in them to be honest.

best go for optimum not maximum (bad shit happens when maxxing)

uncertain what E85 can achieve tho

Yeah I would prefer to be running a more optimum boost through my turbo but it wasn't possible because it was supplied with a 20psi actuator.

I'm going to be pulling it out of the 33 and putting it into the 34 when I get home. Before that though it's going to get sent to hypergear to get a lower psi actuator put in and upgrade to his most recent model of it.

Nice wide powerband by the looks of it. Thats faster than a big peak. I dont think peak power matters, its the band of revs you use from gear to gear that makes you go fast.

Radius rod brackets fitted, removed brake backing plates and fitted new air deflectors.

Bleeding brake fluid as well while im at it. Those vacuum bleeders dont work because it sucks air in through the bleed nipple thread and i know there is an air bubble behind the nipple now.

A remote controlled foot on the brake would work the best................... Invention time.

Saw the Green Beast today, it's gonna look Amazing when assembled and shiney.

Did some more Dodge touchup paint patches today, painted the inside of the front indicators with Chrome paint for extra Reflecting Brightness, Cleaned the inside windows better and applied a few more stickers, also stuck down some of the loose window seals with some black silicon.

Went for a little drive and got some Shiney SkyWagon pics.

(also, some dude in an orange ute did some circle work right in front of me.)

Today i adjusted my hand brake and checked the brake pads on the rear and while i was doing that noticed that one of the bolt in the driveshaft i missing so fixed that and checked all the other bolts at the same time

Good stuff Chris wasn't game enough to go to Sydney because if had an issue I'd be stuck.

Thanks Bryce. Yeah I have family in Tascot which is only 10 minutes from Jez's workshop. So I drove up Friday night and stayed there which was convenient for me

Did a skid in it.

Doesn't appear to be any more broken than before.

success

This is a damn fine thing. :D

What did I do to my SkyWagon today?

Drove it and admired the Shiney.

oh and got a compliment on the cleanliness.

Washer bottle fitted, new sway bar bushes going in next, old ones are out.

The front D bushes... i just put all that stuff on, only to have to take it all off again to get to it. Doh!

Window net brackets gone, much safer, but i have big gaps chopped out of my trim.

New (actually second hand) ones arent easy to find, maybe ill just fibreglass and re-cover the old ones.

Tried installing a Cusco lower triangle brace (goes from caster arm mounts to front crossmember).. in the process managed to fk a socket and round the bolt.. so will be buying a mini butane blow torch tomorrow and getting rid of those stupid bolts.

Also in the process of fixing up my dodgy cooler piping.. ahh wish I could drive my car again :( Had to put the trickle charge on the battery today.. sad sad

Adjusted the drivers door.

Passenger door is fine. Which is nice, cos i had to take off the guard to do it.

Took a chip of paint off the edge and a small scratch up top.

Oh well sht happens, im not really bothered, considering the old paintjob had about 6 chips and 3 or 4 scratches.

Might touch it up with a little brush, maybe after its buffed, dunno, it doesnt really matter. Scratch might buff out too.

New rear swaybar bushes are in, front were wrong, so im waiting for them.

New shift detent springs ready to go in, and brass bush to go on the shifter, but i sealed the top up with something real good, it doesent leak anymore..... but i cant get it off. Tme for the prybar and mallet.

Fitted some new wiper blades, going the Trico aero style ones this time around. Going to be a big improvement particularly from the passenger side one that I had was bent!

Picked up a new jump starter pack at the same time cause was 50% off today. Now I'm cooking Pete's lunches for during the week and I've convinced him to polish up the windscreen with Rainex :D

Was looking at the aero wipers today.. what's the quality like for the trico ones? I was actually looking to get some bosch ones, but can't find any in Canberra..

Yeah I went hunting for Bosch but had the same problem with finding them in Canberra. Only place I didn't check was Auto Pro but no dice at Repco, Supercheap or Auto Barn.

I'm not too fussed though, good mate of mine has 2 cars with Trico on one and Bosch on the other (same reason he couldn't find them at the time of buying the second set) and said he can't tell the difference between them.

I'll let you know what they're like next time I get caught in the rain! I have some bugs on the front bar from my last road trip but GTR is mostly clean so I didn't wanna test today!! :)
