Finished polishing the SkyHatch (by Hand), Vac and a little Armor All.

post-78856-0-70456700-1410686005_thumb.jpg

Drove out and got the Fusebox Cover from the previous owner and he found the Gutter strip that was missing also. (needs some beating and clips before reattach)

Owner was Well Impressed with the change that has happened in the last week. The Daughter took a pic and nearly wanted to buy her poor old "Franky" back.

Fanky aint no more lady. Ruby Red Foo SkyHatch lives here now. :D

I think maybe the 34 may go tomorrow too :(

I've reduced it down to $11,900 *cry*

Not sure what the next project is yet .....

but the GTR is going to be getting stuff done soon :D

not many buying anything at the moment.

34's been up for a while now then outta the blue I get a genuine caller

(so many tire kickers and low ballers who pretty much just mess you around)

PIA selling cars

Washed the Dark Blue Pulsar cause Dark Blue and washed the Red one cause it was parked next to it. :D Feels So Smooth.

My Apologies for making it rain. :/

Also got the stereo working. It was actually the tiny (barely visible) fuse in the back was blown. Sounds Quite good.

Filled up with Shell 91. Let the Economy Stats commence. ;)

Nice Work Chris! I'm yet to have a crack at it but soonish.

Replaced a split Crankcase Breather hose and Cleaned and unblocked a related Vac Hose.

Also took off the tiny Airbox Snorkel for extra breathing / induction noises.

SkyHatch Rego Inspection Done...

Despite having:

Exhaust Manifold Stud Missing (Big Exhaust Leak)

Front and Rear Engine Mounts / Dampers Stuffed

Drivers CV joint Stuffed

None of which were mentioned except CV Boot split (advisory)

It Failed, but only for a Split Brake pedal Rubber and a L/H lower Balljoint. :woot:

Advisories are: L/H Outer CV Boot, Oil Leak and a Rusty Tailpipe.

Already replaced the Pedal Rubber for $5.75 from Repco, received a manifold gasket in the post today off Ebay and will get a pair of Balljoints off Ebay and DIY them.

oh and I'm gonna fix the Engine mounts with SIKAFLEX and will get a pair of CV joints later on plus chop off the rusty tailpipe. :D

When I used to have my old n14 pulsar dad and I used to just replace the whole half shaft because it was easier and less fiddly haha!

Hate CV Joints with a passion :verymad:

Nxt Project came around faster than I planned.

Peeps had been asking and I was thinking neve again but ....

1999 White N15 Pulsar LX. Needs some luv but should scrub up k.o.

It's Shawty's new daily and pretty much a fuel miser ride (1.6 Auto)

Since he was a little boy

Richard loved fixing cars,

Up first in the morning

He was still going under the stars,

If they seem a little old

Or a little unwanted these days,

Just give it here, I’ll fix it

Youse will be amazed,

As long as she goes

I’ll never come unstuck,

A service, some polish & tyre black

And it’s all good .. I’ll make a buck.

I can tell, I'm tempted to propose a deal on THE34T!!

But seriously, looks like you have a lot of fun doing what you love doing with those cars, the Commy was a perfect example, and if you can make a $ doing it all the best of luck to you. You do it well, you have fun ..... good on ya mate .. ..
