Rear Window Wiper Removal

Hey all,

Ages ago i saw a little roound gromet thingo that you put in the rear window to remove the rear winscreen wiper.

It was silver and made of alloy i believe.

But now i want to buy it i cant find it!

Does anyone know what im one about and know where to find it??

I bought a pack of grommets for $2 from Repco about the same size as the hole.

Hasn't budged in 4 years and looks better than some efforts...
