Dodgy Boost Gauge Or Boost Controller...

Okay so ive gotten my car back on the road after a new set of coilpacks, and now here is my problem this being my first skyline im not 100% how they drive, whenever i accelerate i feel that the boost comes on very early around 3000rpm mark, another thing im uncertain off is that the boost gauge reads 20 under the 0 psi, so vaccum? or im not sure what it means... and when i put my foot down in second and shoot to 60-70 the gauge just barely touches 5 psi. i have a manual boost controlled a GFB atomic something from the previous owner, it has a screw on top but i have no idea if winding it in is the lowest setting or winding it out for the highest or vice versa, i have looked on their website and googled it but i cant find anything... if someone could explain to me how i can work this setup correctly and read my boost gauge and all that, would be greatly appreciated, adrian

Stock gauge? Doesn't read in psi... mmHg
