Hey guys I have a 32 with a 25 conversion I drove to the shops came back 5 mins later And it would just not start :( I thought it was a heat related problem so i waited 45 mins or so and it finally turned over I thought it could be related to the battery yet started after sitting 5 days. I also did notice on the drive home when boosting it hesitated a bit basically ran like crap I am thinking coils as i changed the plugs 4 days before hand or water temp sensor I tried checking for fault codes but did not have any luck Will the check engine light flashes method using a different ecu (rb25det) still work? I could be doing it wrong? Thanks.

It's probable that the engine is trying to start with cold mixtures (fuel rich, due to sensor telling ECU that engine is cold). Replace the temp sensor.

In the meantime, if the engine won't start, try with a bit of throttle (lets more air to lean out fuel mixture).
