For some reason to do with import regs almost all Australian imports are of turboed Stageas whereas in NZ the big majority are n/a like the Rips car was when he bought it.

Epic build. I can't believe this is all done with stock diffs, driveshaft and suspension. Insane!

I'm not at all surprised that this beast is as stable as it is... that was one of the first things I came to appreciate with these cars after putting the foot into my 260RS the stability under speed and in corners is quite a surprise and a pleasure to drive.

And the series 1 ain't nothing to frown at... I restored mine with new silver trim and grey lenses on the front from Dolphin (original 260RS) part and they look mean as hell from the front. Plus it's all colour coded, I get heaps of looks and positive comments from randoms on the street.
