I'm looking for an exhaust with BUILT-IN ( not cut-off) valve, either electronic or mechanic, Idially, I would go for 4 inch or minimum 3.5 inch.

I run a 3 inch varex, I like it but I'm wondering if theres not any other option beside the 3.5 inch oval varex exhaust.

I know that. I only found these 2 mufflers. thats why I'm asking if anyone know anything else or maybe custom ingenious DIY.

I like varex because it offer a by-pass valve but its like 600 and 3.5inch. Finding a e-cutout is very easy and super cheap, the problem is to found an ''oem'' muffler with an integrated by-pass, so you can actually run with the valve closed.

Apexi active tail silencer.. pretty sure they can do a muffler with it built in too. Opinions seem to vary on it. At the end of the day, any form of silencing of this sort is going to cause a restriction, even if only slight.

weld a valve like this right after the middle muffler, drill some holes through the butterfly so even at complete shut there is sufficient exhaust gas flowing. Or you can just use it as an exhaust bypass as pictured lol.

I don'T like this option because on open position, it will sound SO LOUD, I will be shy to drive my car lol.

This is an interesting idea that I never thought of. However there's still a problem; it will be straight pipe at all time.

I believe this kind of restriction is a lot more than a simple flapper like the Varex.

I will explain a bit more the problem I'm facing. Our polices judge illegal exhaust on sound but also on STRAIGHT PIPING (stupid, I agree and bad for forced car who need less possible backpressure possible).

So this is what I really like about varex, it's straight pipe once you open the valve and closed, it goes throught a ''S Type route'' and its no more straight pipe.

With the image below, it would obviously cut sound but also still be straight through if a police check with his flashlight.

Hate to say it, but the only way you're going to get away with it being legal is with larger mufflers/better muffling. Straight through w/ offset pipes counts for a dB or 2 usually also. There's no free lunch here. You're either going to drop decibels or drop kilowatts.
