Headlight Issues

hey just wondering if anyone has had an issue with the low beams turning off when the high beams are turned on got defected for it and am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to fix it?

I think that is normal on R33 ??? I know my sedan doesn't do it cause it has 1 bulb that does both beams seperately.

There is a tutorial around on wiring them up so they stay on with the highbeams.

That is a defect...wow. Might have to fix mine up as well.
