What Brand For A Timing Belt And Where To Buy Them?

Hey guys

I have a r33 with 111,000 on the clock and its time for a timing belt change.

I Have been looking on ebay for kits so far i have found these brands

-Gates

-Bosch

-n power

-power grip

What should i buy and if not on ebay where else?

Get the complete kit including tensioners, water pump and crank/cam seals

standard gates or OEM nissan for mildly modded skylines

I'd stick to genuine Nissan.

Kudos is the go

If you use any belt with kevlar( gates, hks, greddy,etc) it must be tensioned with a warm engine or it will whine bad

Kevlar doesnt expand and contract well and is stronger then steel so it will destroy pulleys if you dont tension right

Change all the tensioners , studs too if you can

They break off from corrosion easy leaving you stranded

Also front seals on crank

Thermostat too if it hasnt been changed yet

OEM nissan make sure it has the right tension and you wont have any issues.
