Today i had also spoken to a guy from fair trading and he had given me some more addvice on which way to take this and make sure i had all the

appropriate paper work to back it up.

i no this is not going to be an easy process as no one wants to be forking out money and take blame for things

in my case its quiet clear also what has caused the damage

Parts i now need replaced:

New Block as they found sevral cracks

New crank as the woodroff key was damaged beyond repair

rods and pistons were not the brands i was told they were and same as the cam shafts

they found standard head stud and main bolts in a motor that i was told would be good for 550kw why would you go cheap on $300 bolts i have no idea

so basically i can throw away the bottom end now because i need everything as new.

but i will keep the thread posted as i start to progress
