Ebay Electric Thermos/shroud

I bought a new 54mm dual core radiator from ASI performance but turns out that the fan hits it.

I know the standard clutch fan is one of the best but looks like i have no option but to go for this:

Does anyone run these or have run these?

I use my car for drifting so i want to keep my car as cool as i can.

I run these on my r32 Gtr with ASI 52mm radiator

I had to ditch the shroud and mount the fans directly to the radiator because it wouldnt fit no matter how much I modified it

Would prob fit on a stock sized radiator though or Maby a r32 with rb20

I have the fans and the aircon fan set to come

on at 78deg keeps it nice and cool even on 40+ deg days

Having said that if I was drifting I would stick with a belt fan with a good shroud and a air guide.

Oil coolers help also (if you dont already have one)

I have one of these, but I can't tell you how it is as I'm still building the car Seems pretty well put together though.

I will be using it with a cooling pro radiator and an EWP with a digital controller controlling the EWP and the thermo fans. I will also be using an oil cooler.

i had the same issue but i unbolted the fan from the water pump pulley and relocated the blade from the front of the clutch to the back of it giving me another 10mm+ for clearance with my 52mm radiator

or run a RB30 R31 fan hub and clutch fan combo. easy done
