Help , Wtb , Stock Front Struts For Compliance

ok so i've nearly got my ceff ready for rego! , small problem (or rather large really) , i can't get my car passed for rego with coilovers in the front (i have standard 32 suspension in the rear) i tried s13 but they are way too low , does anyone know where i could either buy new or get second hand struts and springs to suit ceff?!

Yahoo Japan has a lot of aftermarket springs and shocks, usually it's lowered ride height and or stiffer spring rates, but check it out.
