R u the guy who wants to sell the brake? If not, please just let me discuss with the guy who wants to sell it. It quite clear that I said If the seller willing to negotiate, I will proceed further. Sometimes ppl will change their mind, and decided to accept an offer. Whether he wants to take the offer or not, its up to him cos he is the seller. But I don't think it's wrong to give it a try.
