I would get a second opinion first, make sure they check for carbon gasses in the coolant before assuming the head gasket is gone. Unfortunately it seems that way if the bubbles don't stop.

Have you smelt the bubbles? Do they stink of petrol?

Nissan will charge you over 1k just for the timing kit, why change it if it isn't stuffed? Could be cheaper and easier to drop a wrecker motor in...

I couldn't smell anything, nothing in oil, when start in morning no steam or anything out exhaust, I guess im just hoping I didn't bleed it properly, they are checking it tomorrow and will call with what the go is, if it is major I think ill just pick it up and take it somewhere else
